Here at Eco we pride ourselves on producing a varied, well-rounded menu that puts to use the many great ingredients that Cork has to offer. Eco’s menu has continued to evolve over the years, and features an assortment of dishes that range from exotic international flavours, such as our famous curries, to simple, lovingly prepared comfort foods that will satisfy even the most discernable of palettes.Never ones to rest on our laurels or past successes, we strive to always stay contemporary. The menu, as presided over by our long-serving head chef, Paddy Hayes, reflects what’s popular in dining trends today, while also offering the kind of popular dishes that never go out of fashion. Every dish that leaves our kitchen and arrives at your table is, without exception, made to order from the very freshest ingredients, all of which are delivered to us daily. Our master confectioner provides a fantastic array of mouth-watering deserts, a perfect finale for any meal. There’s also an extensive selection of wines from around the world to choose from.
